The Sony a77 II is an excellent option for individuals in search of high-quality shooting and fast autofocus speeds at a lower cost than professional-grade cameras. Unlike its DSLR counterparts, the absence of a moving mirror allows the a77 II to maintain continuous autofocus during 12fps bursts and video recording, offering a significant advantage. Additionally, its in-body image stabilization contributes to better stability for both photos and videos compared to other cameras. Sadly, the highly anticipated subject tracking feature of the a77 II is not dependable. Moreover, images taken at high ISO levels tend to have noticeable noise. Nonetheless, the camera's build quality and ergonomics are impressive. Overall, the Sony a77 II provides great value for its reasonable price.
