Canon EOS R5 C
- 4.62
- Announced 2022

The EOS R5 C from Canon is a version of the EOS R5 that is specifically designed for video shooting. It belongs to the Cinema EOS range and has the capability to shoot 8K footage at up to 60p in Canon's Cinema Raw Light format. It also offers 10-bit 422 options in the XF-AVC format. One of its key features is the presence of an active cooling system at the back of the camera, which enables unlimited recording times. While it does not have in-body image stabilization like the base R5 model, it does have a socket for syncing timecode. Additionally, the camera has a three-way switch that allows you to power it on in either Photo or Video mode, with the menus and user interface adapting accordingly. The Video mode includes waveform and vectorscope displays, which are not available on the standard R5 model.
